  4. Car parking - Open Rs.75,000/-, Covered Rs. 150000/-.
  5. PLC(Per Sq. Ft.):- Rs.40/- Extra for Pool Side, Rs.75/- for Gr, 1st & 2nd Floor & Rs.50/- for 3rd & 4th Floor.
  6. Exeternal Electrification Charges Rs.35/- per Sq. Ft.
  7. Prices are inclusive of club membership.
  8. Registration & Stamp Duty charges as applicable.
  9. Individual Electric meter Connection charges shall be extra as per load sactioned
  10. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice at sole discretions of the company.
  11. No escaiation shall be charged for flat sold.
